Bonnie O'Neill

Six years ago, my journey as a yogini began while I was immersed in studies to become a Reiki Master. The fascination with our energetic system stemmed from childhood, influenced by my father—an atomic physicist who effortlessly translated complex concepts into household terms like atoms, sub-particulates, and energy flow. Upon attaining the status of Reiki Master, a fervent desire grew within me to delve deeper into yoga.

After an enriching eight-month transformative yoga expedition, I earned certification as an RYT 200 yoga teacher. This journey ignited a passion to impart the sacred practice, aiming to harmonize and balance the body, mind, and soul. As a dedicated registered nurse for thirty-seven years, my commitment to health and wellness is unwavering, and I am excited to integrate another layer of holistic well-being into our community through teaching and share this sacred practice to each of my students.
