Lisa Bouchard is a certified yoga faith teacher. 200 YFT certificate. I teach at the North Attleboro, and Foxboro YMCA.
I decided to open a space for anyone that does not like going to a gym. I want everyone to know that they can do yoga no matter what. When we connect mind, body, soul with our breath and movement we become One with ourselves. Join me!

SOS Your Photos: Save, Organize & Share!!
There has never been a better time to start a photo project! Do you have a photo plan? We all take photos! It’s the biggest hobby in the entire world! Not only do we have our own photos, we have inherited photos, you’ve been tagged in photos, we’ve been given physical photos! It can be overwhelming! Join me for my four week “free” class and I can help you get organized!
I can show you a way to save and organize and share your photos for generations to come! We will also cover digitizing old media as well! So if you have wedding videos or slides or old reels of film, this class is definitely for you! Hope to see you soon!

Artiste Art & Craft Studio
Artiste Art and Craft Studio offers meditative, inspirational, unique and fun art and craft projects for both adults and children.
Classes may include mediums of drawing, painting, clay, metal or paper. The studio believes that everyone has creativity and all classes are developed with easy step by step instructions so that anyone can participate.
Paint and Meditative Drawing Parties are also offered.
Cindy O’Brien, owner, is a Certified Zentangle Teacher and specializes in Art and Craft Projects for Mindfulness and Relaxation.
